I got exposed to founders early in my career that were solving complicated problems, and if something is going to be a big part of your work life, you want it to be something broader than yourself and have longevity to its impact.
Tony, a First Class Honours graduate in Commerce from the University of Sydney, launched his career in technology-focused Investment Banking at JP Morgan.
In 2014, Tony co-founded Mable, which later expanded to Attain Healthtech. Since 2023, Tony has been holding the position of CEO, leading Attain Healthtech’s purpose to empower our community to shape their lives and attain better outcomes. In 2012 he also acquired Tissue Repair Limited (TR) and holds patents in its technology platform.
It’s very rare to have the opportunity to work in a company that is fast moving and high growth, but also full of purpose-driven people working together to enable everyone in our society to remain in their homes whilst living their best life.
Emma has a Bachelor of Business from Monash University and is Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualified. She held executive roles at Redbubble Group, ANZ’s Technology Division and Diners Club Australia.
Emma ensures sound financial management and continuous improvement in all systems, processes and people development at Attain Healthtech. She’s also responsible for our high-quality customer service.

Laura is a tenacious and energetic leader, passionate about solving problems that matter most to customers. Laura leads the strategy across the group.
Formerly the General Manager of HomeMade, Laura brings a wealth of experience with multidisciplinary teams, strategic insight and leadership to grow our long-term vision and drive success across all segments and entities.

Adam has more than 20 years of experience in senior technical and engineering roles. He’s a committed developer, architect and leader with extensive experience managing and growing high-performing technical teams.
Adam has been a leading presence in the Agile movement in Australia. He brings his strong interests in technology and organisational leadership to improving efficiency and effectiveness in software delivery.

Matthew is a spirited leader who is passionate about customer experience and innovations that improve people’s lives. His career has spanned three continents and multiple industries, including financial services, media, e-commerce and tech scale-ups.
Matthew joined Attain Healthtech with extensive experience in strategic direction and growth agenda for e-commerce marketplaces. The Growth team’s goal is to achieve sustainable business growth while creating loyal relationships with customers.

A visionary social enterprise leader who co-founded Leap in!, Australia’s leading NDIS plan management organisation, supporting over 60,000 participants, their families and support providers to navigate the NDIS. Drew led the company to national recognition for social impact and innovation before its strategic acquisition by Attain Healthtech in 2024. With 20+ years of executive experience in CX and digital transformation, he is committed to the disability sector and also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Disability Intermediaries Australia. His drive is to use technology and deep empathy to make the NDIS easier and more human for people with disability.

Paul has more than 20 years of experience in analytics, program management, operations leadership, and process design. He’s held a range of senior roles including Head of Analytics, Head of Customer Remediation and Executive Manager Data Science. Paul leads the data science and analytics function at Attain Healthtech. His team creates data-driven tools, products and services that deliver insights and innovation to unlock growth.

A trusted advisor to executive teams, she blends strategic insight with a people-first approach, ensuring culture and performance go hand in hand.

Tim has over 15 years of experience in product leadership, innovation, and transformation. He spent 15 years in the UK working at Booking.com and Auto Trader, where he played a key role in building scalable, customer-focused digital products that enhanced the experience of customers.
At Mable, Tim is responsible for shaping the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that our platform continues to empower Australians to access high-quality care and support with ease and confidence. He combines a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to product development, fostering collaboration across design, engineering, and customer experience teams.
